Yes, Post Falls does the water restriction thing (lawn watering on alternate days, etc.) during the summer, thanks to too many people moving there too quickly for the city to expand its infrastructure. But that applies only to people on P.F. City water. If you live on the outer edge of P.F. and happen to be on East Greenacres Irrigation District water (cold and fresh from the aquifer), the restriction does not apply.
