Wow!

I'm always amazed at how quick the Internet can make a story travel!

I guess it is time to let the cat out of the bag so to speak. First of all, I am leaving my position at Nwrm to take a position at a notable steam railroad. I have received many inquiries over the years, and have universally kept working. However, sometimes something comes up and you just have to listen. I take my commitments seriously, but truth be told, Nwrm was perhaps less ready to start a steam program than we had all hoped. All of us made a good effort, and I'm proud of our work together. An announcement will be coming soon, until then, there is no need to guess or gossip.

Second, it has been a real pleasure working with the Nwrm team these last few years. We should all be proud of some big accomplishments and I will always fondly remember our times together.

In the end, I am leaving because a once in a lifetime opportunity to do good in the steam industry came my way. This career move is good not only for me, but also my family, and our future.

I wish Nwrm the best, and will always be available for advice and ideas as time goes on, and I can't wait to see the 924 running in the future!
