Interesting how you calculated that out but you are wrong in your math. In your ignorance you forgot the time factor. For instance if the building has a 25 year projected life span than the cost to store chiggen for a year is $80,000/25 = $3200 per year.

Now assume the area of storage is 30 feet x 10 feet wide=300 sqr ft. The cost to store is $3200/300= $11 (rounded to the whole number) per square foot per year. Therefore the monthly cost to store it is $11/12 month/ square foot=$1/month /square foot (again rounded up).

Another way to look at it is it is costing someone about $300 per month to store it. The actual building cost is about $267 but I added a little for insurance and maintenance and called it $300.

So cost is $3200/year you stupid loser. If you are going to throw numbers around get it right.
