This is pretty much standard. Enter, for example, "Siemens Eurosprinter" or "Siemens Vectron" in the search engine, and see what you get picture-wise.
What may be more disturbing is the massive bar in the center of the locomotive, which is less prominent in the standard Eurosprinter/Eurorunner/Vectron line. This is a consequence of the FRA regulations.
In the picture I noticed that the Charger has rear view mirrors; the Vectron does not have them; it has cameras instead.
So much within Siemens products, but you have similar views when comparing with, for example, D/EMUs by Alstom, or the FLIRT 3 by Stadler.
