the last best guesstimate was the middle of february. but i heard that a few weeks ago, so it is possible things have speeded up some, or gone south. i am wondering how long UP will run that line even after the stma connection is reestablished? there have been rumblings that the line may go up for sale. if that is the case it will be interesting to see who shows up at the auction!
