I am not "spinning" anything here. The locomotives made it just fine from Sacramento to LA.

The LA mechanical forces have not been trained on the Chargers, and neither have the road crews. Again, same issues occurred moving the ACS 64s until Amtrak asked for help.

If the movements were still on the Zephyr, things would have gone just fine.
