GGRM, lets just stay at Niles Canyon. Sit down at the table with PLA and work out all the problems...Santa Cruz is out! Schellville has its own problems. GGRM will have to work out a deal with SMART,NWP,Cal-Northern,Union Pacific,FRA,California PUC and Sonoma county if they move to Schellvile. Sonoma county might even require a EIR----more time and money...Niles Canyon looks better every day.....
