I don't know who Westland is... But sure looks like a takeover option...

When I went a few years ago I went into the NNRY brakeman program. Mark is a character, he doesn't accept suggestions... First of all, the environment is Toxic, too bad for such an incredible railroad...

Also, local Ely people dont like visitors, for a strange reason...

Mark fails to understand us volunteers effort to try to make it a better place which he thinks he owns. Thats why, respectfully, I think he needs to go.

Hopefully new blood can arrive and make it better.
