Union Pacific is sitting on at least 160 acres of prime real estate in Eugene that'd be perfect for an intermodal facility... Easy access to Oregon 99 and the Belt Line Highway, which then provides easy access to I-5, Oregon 126, Oregon 58...

There's a reason it isn't an intermodal facility.
