If it was a retaliatory firing, for him reporting unsafe conditions, and he can prove that, then he may well win. And, if that is the case, I would hope he does win.

I'm afraid I'm just a bit confused though, since the story seemed to lack any of this additional mysterious detail and interesting claim that you make about this somehow having something somehow to do with FRA inspectors "on the take", or whatever you seemed to be trying to say.

So where exactly does this story of sordid intrigue regarding or related to this incident, and the resultant lawsuit, come from?
