Back in the 70s or80s there was a hauler, south to J yard or the like.
As he blocked a major street in the middle of the am commute the DS told him to stop,
causing chaos of course. Those were the days of radio traffic reports.
The next a.m. the same thing occurred,
and police showed up to make the engineer unblock the xing, or arrest him.
I recall the reply was, "if you want to arrest anyone, go see the DS."
Now will real RRers please fill-in/correct please
