Time is relative

Or, to put it another way, time is relative - - relative to whatever source one consults.

I have a landline phone with caller ID that displays the time of incoming calls as provided by my phone company. I have a cell phone that displays the time as provided by my cell phone company. And I have some "radio" clocks that show the time as provided over the air by the NIST clock in boulder, Colorado. These three sources are never identical, and can differ by as much as two minutes or more.
