Albuquerque TV station reporting on Amtrak CEO Anderson telling New Mexico & Kansas officials Trains 3 & 4 SouthWest Chief will be rerouted off Raton Pass, ending a working agreement with the states to jointly fund upgrades to the line.
Is this NEW news ??? Is BNSF in agreement with this ??? Is this just a rumor ???
