You're talking real HSR there, not running Amtrak conventional on the HSR tracks between Fresno and Bakersfield which was the question. Your previous comment provided the information needed for Amtrak, assuming that 125mph can be used throughout (e.g. not dropping onto BNSF for Bakersfield access) - about an hour and small change. If Real HSR as planned by CAHSR were using the Fresno-Bakersfield tracks, with no shared use of conventional tracks, it would accelerate up to about 220mph between stations, resulting in a nonstop time of about 1/2 hour and time with the Hanford-area stop of a bit more (say, 35-40 minutes).
