The train calendars were part of the OSH history because Al Smith the OSH company president was a railfan and started the calendars in 1975. The calendars have absolutely no relevance to the Lowes company culture or history and they nearly discontinued them last year. The calendars were never available at the Lowes stores, only the OSH stores. End of an era.
