As I mentioned, I think the name on the office is something like "San Francisco Shortline Railroad." I believe the sign also said it was a subsidiary of L. B. Foster, interesting because they often buy railroads to tear up the track and recycle the materials--obviously not the case here. Perhaps their connection has to do with the "dirty dirt" operation.
