You can start with the 32,000 scientists (so far) who have stated their opposition to the current global warming hysteria via the now famous Oregon Petition.

As for "ecofascism", we must first define "fascism". How about "(1)a centralized autocratic regime; (2)excercising regimentation of industry, commerce, and finance; (3)dedicated to censorship and suppression of opposing voices"? Does that work for you? Now just add the "eco", and what we have here is exactly what is going on with this whole global warming movement.

Since this is a railroad forum, I would invite you to state the counterhypothesis, namely that a reduction in coal usage via CO2 regulation (see #2 above) won't serverely hurt the railroad industry.
