The 4014 hasn't even been steamed up, but you read a few comments on another Internet forum and you are already bitter? Seriously??
With some advance planning and courtesy, I am sure many fans will be able to see and photograph the 4014 without trespassing, driving stupidly and/or getting in the way of other fans.

The public is not being shut out. UP has programmed times and locations for fans and other interested citizens to view the 4014 at various stops along the route:
