Ok. This should have been a double header doing 60mph down the mainline with the 844 working as well with all the hype that came along with this project. (That's what this was billed to be). They only had 5 years to get this done. This is what happens when you do a break in run on the very first trip. Other groups have done it in less time with a locomotive that was in worse shape then the 4014. Believe you and me The Dear Leader has talked a lot of trash about other groups and reputable people in the steam community over the years. Being as great as he thinks he is this should have gone off a lot better. The 4014 has been boiling water all day and that's it for the most part. A lot of us have our reasons for not identifying ourselves but it doesn't make anyone less creditable.
