Yes Steve Lee and his team had problems. Steam locomotives break down. The 2 worst things you can do with a steam locomotive is run them or park them. You can't tell me with all the hype for the last 5 years about this project that on the maiden run all the 4014 would do is boil water for 75% of the trip. These problems could have been fixed with proper break in runs months before today (Bad planning). I think the 4014 looks good and I'm glad its out there but the maiden run has fallen flat, there's no getting around it.
