...and I suppose all this money is just going to fall from the sky? Six trains a day? Hauling what? Oh I know, they will be hauling all the waste paper from NCRA press releases.

Seems to me the only one to profit from this is the City of Novato and their lawyers. Which city is next in line to be bought off?

Maybe Arnold can sell some more bonds.
