You're so weird.

You suspect intermediate diesel, i suspect your wrong based on the job description.

Hiring is for a "Tier III High Speed Rail project" with "electrification" background. No mention of a diesel background.

Not really far fetched and not really going out on a limb here.

Throw in the fact that NDOT officials state no diesels and California doesn't want anymore diesels.

Furthermore, it would be a huge waste of money to do so.
