In the Spokane area, UP 160.740 road channel is used, but it frequently gets bleed over from Spokane County Sheriff repeater, it appears to be creating a "birdie" from time to time based on atmospheric conditions---it's and ongoing problem for UP that they can't seem to come up with a solution for.
