Yes, I've heard the ICTF loaders on those frequencies too. I've also heard morse code on 161.400 that says "ICTF" using DCS 115. Also on 161.430 (DCS 043) in morse code, something that ends with the letters OLO.

Regarding 160.290 and the DPU's, is this happening at ICTF or Dolores only?
