Interesting L.A. Radio Transmission Heard

Around Noon today I was near LAX. On 160.830mHz, which I have never heard here being used before and which the FCC shows as licensed to UP, I heard a very stong and clear transmission of someone asking if they could call out from Holiday Hill, a very faint and unintelligible reply, and then strong signal saying they could get a dial tone.

Also in the same general vicinty at various times I have again heard 161.520mHz being used by fire department personel, 160.290mHz being used to set up DPUs, and 160.230mHz used in conjuction with GE locomotive maintenance.
