No. The J Class #611 is owned by the Roanoke Transportation Museum. Not the "NW", whatever THAT is.

How about because the UP now has tracks in the "Bay Area"? Besides, the UP never operated their 4-8-4s nor 4-6-6-4s to the "Bay Area", yet both #844 and #3985 have visited there.
