And Gavin (or any governor) is somehow responsible for the price of gas when the Saudis get their refiner bombed, the local oil companies have their semiannual refinery upsets, and transportation costs get added to the gas price? Makes no sense.

And how do you get your ethanol in Eureka? No trains, so it has to be trucked from someplace, unless there's another set of tanks on that barge. Can't be shipped already blended in that barge; has to be blended at the distributor. More price gouging, and you can blame Congress for that one not Gavin (or any other California governor).
