Link Union Station is being funded with $60.8 million of IIP funds in the 2020 ITIP. Funding package is now $950 million according to the latest PPR.

The $61.3 million is being held in reserve for some other big rail projects and projects that reduce VMT for the 2022 ITIP. Not being diverted to HSR.
The directors up and down the Valley (and the CTC's Vice Chair) are pissed about the 99 projects proposed for deletion in Tulare and Madera Counties. Caltrans also wants to do a fund swap in Tulare taking away their ITIP funds and swapping in leftover 99 Bond funds from Prop 1B.
