Yes. Seems like a good concept and good to see people in govt trying to solve problems creatively.

However, having all those battery-powered electric buses under an apartment building, getting charged, does raise some fire and life safety questions. The building codes and laws may not cover such an unusual design? Can battery fires spread from vehicle to vehicle, and if so do you need a fire barrier between vehicles? The local fire marshall will surely have a lot of comments and questions during design review.
