Local, County, State, and Federal love to waste our tax money on stuff that makes absolutely no sense! (been that way for many many decades) wasteful stuff like hazmat for a drop of blood on a railroad ROW and no hazmat for tons and tons and tons of street Pee, Poo, and Puke discharges that more than likely is a massive bio-hazard that could kill thousands! But fear not with tens of trillions in wasteful spending and massive debt and it will all come crashing down and they they will not have any money to waste on the stupid railroad hazmat, but then we will all be back in the dark ages when pee, poo and puke were thrown out your window
