Another bridge makes sense with the huge increase in population and Manhattanization of SF. What makes no sense is adding on to the monumental mistake of 5'6". They do standard gauge metros in India now, not Bechtel gauge.

BART's raison d'etre is to blow money - so regauging is totally within mission.
