Concerns? There's no smoking (sorry) concern; it was an emergency response drill, which FRA requires every 2 years, and they took advantage of the fact that the tunnel now has tracks to try it in a new location with conditions they haven't dealt with in a while (last tunnel fire in Central Marin was probably in the SP tunnel near Marin Civic Center many decades ago, and no train was involved with that one).
