Those very expensive condos on Chapman ave had major problems with noise, smell and a huge increase in crime,
The crime wave also hit Anaheim Stadium, Honda Center and the $170 million Golden Palace (Metrolink/Amtrak station) Finally they moved them out but had to fight the protectors of the homeless and aclu
