Drawbridges that don't draw?

Many RR structures were built with capability to open, to continue to support whatever river traffic was there (or could be) at their construction. Some after having gone to the expense haven't hardly lifted or turned since.

Probably more frustrating to railroad savings - some pretty unnecessary moveable bridges support simply a little-too-tall pleasure craft or sailboats - sometimes just a few hundred yards beyond railroads that are hugging the shores somewhere.

Curious on active rail routes bridges that are left closed all the time. Has the Coast Guard exempted them from being staffed, etc. Has the river traffic given up the upriver for inconvenience at tracking down the railroad for opening?

Lake Ewauna (White Line in Klamath Falls OR) seems default-closed. Suppose it was only there for log tows and that (railroad related) scene is long past?

Where else seems to fit this case of always closed or no river traffic calling?
