I really love this NWP Blog it always sounds like a broken record. The only information worth its salt is the press releases from Mike and as has said before there is business to be had and when the rails finally open you will see freight inbound and out bound. Navato, Marin, Santa Rosa trash out as well as aggrigate once the construction industry picks up in a few years. How many of you have accually been up to have a look at what you say will never run. I for one have been up in the area and see many options for the NWP for business. If you have not been in the area to see first hand for your self, what is up there as in business opportunitys in the area, you should not open a reply on this subject in a negative way blog. What is really amazing is the NWP blog here on AMP went almost one hole month between a new listing, it must be a new record between the last post and this new one.
