When I was working, I was able to handle a two-way/cell phone Nextel unit and drive a tractor pulling a set of doubles down 880. What those idiots with over inflated egos in Sacramento, Washington, or any other piss pot seat of government do not seem to realize is that if a person cannot handle a cell phone and drive safely, they shouldn't be driving in the first place.
