I don't have a copy of the Emeryville/Berkeley SPINS book, and dome of foam doesn't list it. Just to clarify a little more, the track leading from MT 4 to the Santa Fe yard also connected to electric 5. Electric 6 split off electric 5 in the vicinity of the flyovers built to carry the red electrics over the MTZ sub to the Bay Bridge. From this point, electric 5 and electric 6 continued east, past 34th St to the Emeryville yard lead.
It's also important to keep in mind that "electric 5", "EB Electric", etc. are a mix of local RR slang and official designations in the ETTs. This is also dependent on the era which ETT's represent because what was true in 1961 wasn't necessarily true 10 or 20 years later. There were short periods of time when MT 3 and MT 4 were electrified so the red electrics could use them at 16th St depot.
