What's the cost difference to repair everything to run a train again as opposed to ripping everything out, rebuilding the right of way, new bridges, making everything pedestrian safe and friendly, most likely paving the whole trail, parking lots, restrooms, ADA compliance, maintaining the new ROW and infrastructure, etc... with no revenue on it just so people can go for a hike in the woods?
