The only section still under wire at that time was some track in Marysville and SN customers in Yuba City. The electrics ran until Spring of 1965. Concerns about the wire over the WP main in Marysville were part of the reason for shutting down electric operations. Locomotives #652 (badly stripped for parts) and 654 went to Rio Vista and #653 ended up at the Orange Empire Museum in Perris.
