It was exMILW. Line comes down from Davenport, IA,
also known as Nahant. This is the line that MILW left
dormant when it and CR&IP agreed to share RI's line,
(which ran via Eldon, IA and Trenton, MO), in hopes
of getting FRA loans to fix up the CRI&P so both roads
would have a better line to run on. Of course, that
never happened.
As an aside, both KCS and MILW, now CP, shared and
still share the same yard complex in KC, Kanoche Yard.
