3.1C is the thing to look at, nice drawings of the actual line locations. Rosamond looks to be in deep trouble as well as Tehachapi. How about 3-4 billion to double track Bakersfield to Palmdale to connect to Metrolink and call it good? I seriously doubt that the allocated $17B will get them to Palmdale.
