Community over Roaring Camp profits

Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) property consultant is enforcing payments on private property owners' encroachments onto the RTC’s publicly owned property. RTC's negotiations with Ms. Clark (owner of Roaring Camp) is heading in the same direction. Ms. Clark is being told she cannot longer drive her amusement park train along Beach Street or park it on publicly-owned Boardwalk Trestle.

Thank you RTC for putting community over Ms. Clark’s profits!
