Not quite. The demographic changes have now made Irvine, CA currently look like Teheran, Iran, and Bejing, China with wealthy Iranians and Chinese who aren't enthusiastic about living under the current regimes of their respective countries.

You can also lay the blame for the exodus at the feet of the crazy Democrats who have erased the Mexico-U.S. border, thus turning most of California into Tijuana del norte. Here's one positive: If you ever decide to move somewhere else, you can sell your home and pocket a nice, tidy profit because its value has been hyper-inflated by all of the "new money" moving into your area.
