Seriously folks, there are no serious plans to rebuild north of Windsor. Yes, the Environmental Impact Report and general timelines address the portion of the line from Windsor to Willits, but there are so many contingent with getting to Windsor. From my experience with the project, going north of Windsor (and furthermore Ukiah) is strictly pending some serious business potential. This isn't really a "build it, and they will come" business plan north of Willits.
