I would think you will see a Vegas-Phoenix line before you will ever see a LA-Phoenix line in the Brightline plans. I also think you would see a Ogden, SLC, Provo, Cedar City, Las Vegas line before the LA-Phoenix line. Vegas is the draw, and why fly when you can take the train?
