There were some F40s still at LTE in Ohio. As for F59s or F59PHIs, I am only aware of the Metrolink units in LA as potentially being available. I know Caltrans has 2 retired F59PHIs, but Amtrak does not seem interested in building anymore currently, since they are making the HHP8s into Cabbages.
