I took over the sales area that included McCulloch (from the guy who lived in Playa Del Rey by
coincidence)in 1972 and they were still an active account at that point. I think that they had
acquired the Havasu property and were in the process of moving there. They got quite a surprise
when all those people who were dying to move out of LA didn't!
