CapMetro in Austin, TX...sort of. It's light rail-like but technically considered "hybrid rail." Bottom line, it uses Stadler rail cars that do not meet crashworthiness standards with a heavy rail train. Therefore, it and the Austin & Western Railroad freights operate at separate hours in the Austin metro area.
