For arbitration to be "binding" both parties must agree for it to be so in advance, which essentially never has happened.

While I think less of Hardin than you do, "FREDs" (apostrophes make possessives or contractions, not plurals) is an acronym of "F**king Rear End Devices", as posted earlier.
