Regarding 129/132, our family lived within earshot of Loyola and I could hear the whistle when 132 departed and lots of times would go out on the front lawn to watch as she accelerated toward Simla.
While I wasn't much into identifying diesels at that age, I agree with you and don't remember
F-M's at all. I do remember 5200 class Baldwin roadswitchers on the branch and they usually ran eastward in the afternoon. Used to go to beans at the Rancho Cookhouse in Los Altos.
Regarding the Ord Turns...there were also Camp Roberts Turns during the War:
